THIS GIVEAWAY IS OVER! I’m so excited to give this cookbook away! Carrabba’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The nearest location is about an hour away, so we don’t go very often. Whenever we go, I usually order The Chicken Trio. In case you’re not familiar with it, it has one piece each of their Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria and Chicken Marsala, along with some creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes. To.Die.For!
Well…guess what recipes they have in the book?! Yep! It has all 3 of my favorites! There’s a picture of the Chicken Bryan on the cover on the top left. That’s the only one of the three that I haven’t tried yet. Here are the other two that I made (below).
This is their Pollo Rosa Maria (page 53) and Garlic Mashed Potatoes (page 111). This melts in your mouth! I absolutely love it! The chicken is stuffed with Fontina cheese and prosciutto and has a delicious lemon/butter sauce!
This is the Chicken Marsala found on page 53. It is excellent! The prosciutto goes great with the wine/butter sauce!

I love the Carrabba’s in Houston, Texas (Woodlands, Tx location). My favorite dish is the Cozze in Bianco (steamed mussels in white wine sauce) and I like the Pasta Weesie (fettuccine alfredo with shrimp sauteed in a white wine, garlic, lemon butter sauce). Both of these dishes are amazing! I also love the “Chocolate Dream”…..the Kahlua just sets this off!!! I sure wish you would open a restaurant out here in the Midland/Odessa, Texas area! I miss having a Carrabba’s close enough to enjoy all the time. Thankful I still have family & friends in Houston so I can get my Carrabba fix when I go visit! To anyone who has never tried Carrabba’s….. il cibo la stupirà lei a Carrabba’s! (The food will astonish you at Carrabba’s!) Thanks for the opportunity to win a cookbook. I guess since we don’t have any of the restaurants out here I could cook my own from the recipes!

We live only about 14 miles from Carrabba’s Restaurant so we eat there quite frequently. I love their lasagne and fried Calamari. I never leave without getting Tiramisu for dessert.

Yes I’ve eaten at Carraba’s – but it was YEARS ago! I remember hubby had veal parmesan but I don’t even remember what I ordered. We sadly don’t live very close to one. I remember it was a great dinner and evening though!!

I haven’t been to Carrabbas in awhile but every time I get a different chicken and I love it every time. My mom loves the Pasta Carrabba, and I would give this book to her for her birthday!
I took a large group of “soccer parents” there for dinner. The atmosphere was great and we all loved what we had. I would love to win this cookbook.

I have eaten there but honestly, it’s been a while and I couldn’t tell you what I had though I think I recall an excellent plate of calamari. I can tell you that my then 2yr old LOVED their lemon slices… he ate about a full lemon’s worth. :)

I have eaten at Carrabba’s – absolutely love Chicken Bryan. It took a year to convince my husband to go there – He couldn’t fathom the mix between Italian and Grilling…..duh…..two dreamy, yummy combinations. He loves it now too – only for Sirloin Marsala……soooo yummy
