I tested it out on some sirloin tips. All you have to do is rock it back and forth. It takes less than a minute to do both sides. Our steak came out very good!

I think I would keep the first two tools for myself, but I’d give the meat tenderizer to my parents. A few years ago my mom stopped making round steak because she thinks that the hammer like meat tenderizer caused their countertop to crack. They’ve never bothered to get a blade type tenderizer, but I bet they’d like it.

Microplane Kitchen Tools? I unabashedly pronounce that they would be for me! I have been coveting them, and the Dad around here is not one of those grilling and cooking Dads.
