I have a great giveaway for you today! The folks at BigKitchen.com would like to give away this Greenpan San Francisco hard anodized 13″ x 9″ oval fish pan to one of my readers!
Healthy and eco-friendly:

LOVE Big Kitchen’s Saeco Xelsis stainless steel espresso machine! What I wouldn’t give to have that! Heaven! :)

I like the Proteak cutting board (recommended by Cooks Illustrated) and the Twist and Sparkle from ISI, and of course the anodized pots and pans.

I would love to have one of these nice pans, I love the idea that it is non-stick and that it will not peel or blister. I just disposed of my wok yesterday as it had peeled and blistered. The curved walls are a plus. There are so many good features that it is hard to name them all.
